From the Theme Camp announce list:HOW MANY EARLY-ARRIVERS?

For the first time this year, all registered and placed camps must
claim their space BEFORE our public gate opens August 25th (Monday
morning at 12:01 AM). Limited numbers of early arrivals is at our
discretion, and there will be a process in place for camps to request
early arrival. Please start compiling a list of your essential setup
crew NOW. Our early, limited city services cannot support a large
population. We must limit early arrivals to those essential for
construction and set up only. Before Monday, everyone on playa must be
working, no exceptions. Make your list now and look for early arrival
instructions and a call for those counts in future placement-announce
newsletters.
